Notice of Unsatisfactory Work is 5.5 x 4.25 and available in either 2 part (white & yellow) or 3 part (white, yellow and pink)
While you used to have to wait until progress reports and report cards came out to track a student’s grades, these Notice of Unsatisfactory Work reports will help a parent to be more aware of a child’s progress when action can still be taken. Students who consistently perform poorly may need extra help and the sooner the issue is addressed the better. Send these notices home on a regular basis and you may just find your parents are happier with communication and your students will ultimately begin to perform better.
